We are delighted to announce that Oberon3 – the parent company of opiniator has received a vendor award from Phlush at the recent World Toilet Day for our services to restroom feedback. The award was presented at the Portland, OR meeting of Phlush for services to restroom cleanliness and availability, and for supporting the mission of Phlush which is :
Through education and advocacy, PHLUSH helps local governments and citizen groups to provide equitable public restroom availability and to prepare for a pipe-breaking seismic event with appropriate ecological toilet systems.
The award was a metal plate with the Phlush logo and very proudly accepted.
We received the award by enabling real-time alerts for users of any restroom – so that the restroom is always operational at lower maintenance – benefiting all users. In all cases, the feedback can be delivered by SMS, Phone or Web – so available for all cell phones, all carriers.
The quality of the restroom experience is hugely important as it impacts the perception of that brand by the visitor. In fact:

This means it is a business imperative to make sure the visitor can deliver restroom feedback on any restrooms so they are always clean and always working. opiniator allows a quick message with an alert to be sent to the maintenance or janitorial crew if there is an issue – so they can fix the problem before it affects other users and increases the maintenance costs.
We are also delighted to announce that a restroom only product has been developed – Flushcheck – a mini me version of opiniator that even allows a photo to be uploaded in addition to the main restroom problem. All feedback is tracked until completion, even thanking the user when the issue has been fixed, hence completing the feedback cycle.
